MASCOT MONDAY – Billy Buffalo

Born in Rochester, NY, I have had the honor to work with the team and players of my favorite NFL team “The Bills”! In 1999 I was part of a creative team that designed the Bill’s new mascot. Ralph Kent, native of Buffalo and senior designer at Disney Animation Studio, was well know in the industry for developing animated characters and mascots for Walt Disney. My business partner Steve Stock approached Ralph about the project of creating a real life mascot for the Buffalo Bills. I was brought in to provide design ideas, graphics and illustrations. The result of our team effort was “Billy Buffalo”, the coolest mascot in the NFL. I love seeing him sprint out onto the field before each home game!
